Pool Reservation Requests

AC Pool is available for reservations to community groups and University departments outside of pre-scheduled and contracted use.  Advanced notice of at least two weeks is required in order to ensure the facility is available for use and the approriate staffing is available for the request. Reservation requests made less than two calendar weeks before the intended date of use will not be considered. At this time, we do not reserve the pool for birthday parties. Food and drink are not permitted on the pool deck. 

For EKU departments: 

• Fees for lifeguard staff are required. 
• Additional fees will be determined by the type of request. 

For groups who are not affiliated with the University:

• A statement of liability insurance with minimum limits is required.
• The rental rate for AC pool is $100 per hour, which includes two (2) lifeguards on staff.
• If additional staffing is required, additional fees will apply. 
• Sales tax will apply to the rental fee unless tax exempt status is provided.
